Process thoughts in batches

Avoid processing your thoughts throughout the day. Set aside one or two regular times where you clear all unprocessed thoughts.

Quick Thoughts: Add ! to add priority

If you add a ! character to the end of your quick thought, it will be marked urgent/time-sensitive for preferential processing.

If you add a > character to the end of your quick thought, you can begin processing it immediately.
