By using My Web Brain you are agreeing to the following terms of service. These terms form an agreement between you (the user) and us (My Web Brain) about how we will behave.

  • You can use this service. We currently offer only a free version but might offer paid versions in the future. You can use this service in any capacity (personal or business) as long as you agree with the rest of these terms.
  • Do not break the law where you live. We do not agree to offer you service which is in any way illegal in your country, province or town.
  • Do not misuse our service. Do not attempt to hack, attack or damage us in any way. Do not attempt to misuse our service to attack, damage or misuse any other website or person, directly or indirectly. This includes marketing or any solicitation of other users on this or any other site.
  • Do not hold us accountable if things go wrong. By using our service you agree to indemnify us against direct or indirect damage caused by using, or being unable to use, our service. In the real world things go wrong. We will always strive to provide best quality of service possible.
  • Your stuff is yours. We claim no intellectual property rights or license on the information you submit to the service. We will not use you data for any purpose not disclosed to you (see our privacy policy).
  • Our stuff is ours. You agree to not copy our designs, or resell or reverse engineer our services. Essentially, do not create something else based on our hard work without our permission.
  • We might change these terms. We might have overlooked something that becomes clear later on. Maybe we will change our mind and update our policies. This could happen at any time. If we do change these terms, we will let you know and attempt to spell out how it affects you.
